“Your safety and comfort is our priority”

We are continually kept informed about the established guidelines by our government and health agencies, in order to offer an environment model the recommended guidelines.

We appreciate that all our users take a moment to familiarize themselves with the health and safety guidelines, which encompass our cancellation policy, protocols and facilities to minimize the risk of contagion and safeguard the interests of our visitors.

Our emergency policy for COVID-19

Flexibility of our Cancellation policy: If your reservation is outside the cancellation period, you can contact us to reschedule your stay in any of our spaces, according to the category you have reserved.

Cancellations without penalty up to 7 days or less before arrival. We are all experiencing uncertain times and unexpected situations, that is why if you need to cancel a week or less before your arrival, we are willing to refund the total of your stay if necessary.

These cases apply to people infected by COVID-19, deaths or other major causes.

We reserve the right to apply this policy.

Before making a reservation

Consult the recommendations and travel restrictions of the Dominican Republic and prioritize the instructions of the World Health Organization.

Consider purchasing travel insurance that offers coverage for illness caused by COVID-19. Make sure to read the details of the policy's coverage carefully.

For more information, below, we provide you with a list of resources that may be useful to you when planning your next getaway.

Protocols to minimize the risk of possible infections.

  • Independent arrivals and flexibility in the time of entry.

  • Maintenance of the stay limited at the request of the guest: If you need cleaning service during your stay, please contact our customer service line to coordinate it and for you to know details about the measures we have taken in relation to this service.

  • The hugs are on pause: With great regret, to minimize the risk of possible infections, we have opted for the remote greeting until everything returns to normal.

  • The use of masks and maintaining the recommended distance (minimum one meter), is mandatory in common areas and between people other than your travel group.
